How to Start a Conversation with Someone in Everyday Life?
🙌🏽Having a go-to formula for starting conversation is actually the best way to calm your nerves. Once you have the formula, the rest is easy because you're just basing your responses off of what the OTHER person says. 😅 Know that you don't have to be clever or funny or super enthusiastic. Here's the formula:
1) BE CURIOUS: Ask a mindful/sincere question
2) ENGAGE: Ask a follow-up question
3) CONNECT: Reply & share a little bit about yourself so it relates directly to what they said
