    For adults who are ready to build a fun and lit up life with deep and meaningful friendships. This is a live 3-month group-coaching and self-learning experience to learn and embody the skills you need to spark deeper human connection with yourself and others.

    A Growth Group is a smaller group of people connected by a shared interest and led by a Connection and Friendship Coach. We gather virtually for three months to set goals, and hold each other accountable for actions, support, progress, and growth.

Connection Feast is a place for you to explore big questions, dive deep into yourself, and make new friends.

Since 2018, we’ve had almost 1,000 Feasters attend over 60 of our events. We’ve seen first hand what happens when you bring interesting, kind, curious people together. It’s pretty amazing.

Together with members of our community, we’ve created some Community Agreements to make sure that everyone can get the most out of their time here. Take a look!
