I help intentional adults and people-focused teams improve their relational skills, build a rich social life, and experience more fulfilling relationships in their everyday life.

How to Connect

Connect consistently with a community of open-minded people.

Comfortably skip the surface-level small talk and connect with others on a deeper level through intentional conversations and activities.

Transform new connections into deeper friendships, naturally

We have many ways for you to connect

  • Group of diverse people smiling, posing together in a dimly lit indoor setting, likely a social or professional gathering.

    In-Person Social Events

Connect with new people locally at a welcoming in-person experience with intentionally themed conversations and fun activity prompts that help you connect with others on a deeper level.

    Hosted sporadically in Seattle

  • A man wearing glasses, a black hat, and a patterned shirt is speaking to a group, with a colorful chalkboard behind him. The man has a mask hanging from his neck. A woman with curly hair is drinking red wine, and others are partially visible in the foreground.

    Friendship Sessions ~ Group Coaching

For adults who are ready to build a fun and lit up life with deep and meaningful friendships. The Friendship Sessions is a live weekly practice group where you’ll learn the social, relational, and connection skills to form real, fun, inspiring, and meaningful adult friendships in your everyday life.

  • Group of diverse people engaged in conversation at a dinner table in a warmly lit restaurant or event space.

    Growth Groups

A Growth Group is a smaller group of people connected by a shared interest and led by a Connection and Friendship Coach. We gather virtually for three months to set goals, and hold each other accountable for actions, support, progress, and growth.

  • Woman with dark brown hair wearing a black face mask writing on a large brown paper pad with a black marker. The background features a colorful, chalkboard-style wall with various doodles, drawings, and writing.

    Connection Workshops

Virtual or in-person workshops focused around learning, practicing, and integrating social and connection skills.

Connection Feast is a place for you to explore big questions, dive deep into yourself, and make new friends.

Since 2018, we’ve had almost 1,000 Feasters attend over 60 of our events. We’ve seen first hand what happens when you bring interesting, kind, curious people together. It’s pretty amazing.

Together with members of our community, we’ve created some Community Agreements to make sure that everyone can get the most out of their time here. Take a look!

If you’re looking for even more tips and tricks, interesting interviews, and Feaster profiles, don’t forget to follow us on Instagram.

We hope you have fun, talk to strangers, and improve your social wellbeing. See you at a Feast!
