Join us for a virtual experience with engaging and guided conversation and activities all around platonic emotional intimacy, and how to use it to create closer connections and better friendships.

🤓 What exactly are the social skills we really need to make close friendships as an adult? Can’t we just do stuff together, and then you invite them to something, and they invite you to do something, and then *BAMB* friendship is sealed?

Oof, wish it was that easy.

We all want close friends as adults. The problem is, somewhere over the years, through school, health, family, health, and just being human, we might miss some key skills and tools to help us get there.

🙋🏽‍♂️ And somewhere along this journey of life you’ve probably heard about how emotional intelligence (EQ) is important for basically everything, including friendships.

But EQ can cover a lot of different things, so what specifically within EQ is essential for you to create the close friendships that you crave? What helps dissipate the loneliness that most of us feel at many points in our life?

The answer: Emotional intimacy

🦊 And if you’re wondering if this is just for romantic partners, it’s not, and that right there is why you might be feeling like you don’t have the connections with friends that you’ve been craving, because it’s essential for ALL of your relationships.

So, what does emotional intimacy even mean, and how can you build build emotionally intelligent friendships so you have more fulfilling friendships and less loneliness? Yeah, it’s that powerful...So, let’s discuss!
