Deep Conversation | What's a growth mindset & how does it impact your life?

Join us for a virtual deep conversation all around what it means to have a growth mindset, how to do it, and how it can drastically impact your life.

🤔 Do you ever hear that you're hard on yourself? Or do you notice that you get frustrated when you make a mistake? Or have you ever been trying something new, it got challenging, and then you gave up because you thought maybe you just can't do it, or "it's out of your wheelhouse?"

😅 These reactions are common and relatable, yet they're considered to be reactions someone would have with a fixed mindset. People with a fixed mindset believe that they’re born with their skills, and those skills can’t be changed.

There’s a big difference between people with a fixed mindset and people with a growth mindset. And these two mindsets have a huge impact on your ability to grow and achieve your goals.

🔥Extensive research by Carol Dweck has demonstrated that having a growth mindset will enable you to believe that you’re in control of your skills, meaning you can learn and develop new skills and improve them throughout your life. So, consider:

  • Do you know what the difference is between a fixed or growth mindset for yourself? What about when you look at others?

  • How do you figure out if you need to evolve into a growth mindset?

  • Where would you benefit most from a growth mindset and why?

  • What do you have to do to have more of a growth-mindset in these areas?

⬇️ If you're open to dig a little deeper and have an open mind to look at yourself and your process around growth and fixed mindsets, and how they play a role in your life, this Feast is for you!
