Deep Conversation | How do you talk to people (And why it matters)?

Join us for a virtual deep conversation all around how you communicate with people, and how you can speak (and listen) in ways that will deepen your connection with others.

🤯 You know that voice inside your head that you hear? Ahem, that’s self talk. That’s you talking with, well, yourself! And everyone talks to themselves.

But does how and when you talk to yourself matter? And if so, why do you do it, where does it come from, and how is it impacting your life (and those around you)?

🔥How you talk to yourself matters because the most important conversations and communication you will ever have is with yourself!

After all, what you believe influences your emotions, actions, interactions, and ultimately, your life. You could feel nervous or confident, discouraged, or motivated, often just depending on what you’re telling yourself.

😬 So consider:

  • Are you aware of how and when you talk to yourself?

  • What does healthy self-talk sound like and what are the benefits?

  • How is your self-talk impacting you in different life scenarios or interactions?(How would you rather it impacted you?)

  • Is there a way to experience more positive self-talk and less negative self-talk? (And is negative self-talk actually something you should get rid of all together?)

⬇️ If you're open to dig a little deeper and have an open mind to look at yourself and your process around your own inner dialogue, and how you can improve the way you communicate with yourself, this Feast is for you!

Connection Feast helps you create and find a community of people you can connect with on a deeper level.

Join us for in-person and virtual experiences (like this Feast!) which include engaging and guided conversation, polls, and activities all around a thought-provoking theme.

The goal of the Connection Feast isn’t just to have you attend a one-time event. A Feast helps people like you explore big questions and experience more meaningful connections with others, yourself, and the world.

🙆🏽‍♂️ We have a large community and post our events on Eventbrite, Meetup, Facebook, Insta, and beyond. So lucky you, you'll connect with inspiring folks from all over! We are a community of all sorts of people, races, sexual identities, and interests. Welcome all!
