Connection Workshop | Personal Storytelling for Connection & Confidence (SOLD OUT)

Personal Storytelling for Connection & Confidence (2).png

Join us for a virtual, four-week connection workshop series where you'll meet new friends and learn how to connect deeper with yourself and others by exploring, shaping, and sharing the stories from your life.

🙌 If you want to grow your confidence in your stories and storytelling skills and/or learn new ways to use stories to connect with people in your life, this Connection Workshop is for you.

Each week, we’ll help you dive deep into an aspect of the art and science of storytelling. You’ll engage in fun, interactive activities that’ll help you identify moments from your life that can become powerful stories, and we’ll create a safe and supportive environment for you to share your stories, and deeply listen to other’s stories too.

Over the course of our four weeks together, you’ll connect deeply with other Feasters (attendees), and come away with practical tools for weaving stories more authentically into every area of your life - from improving time spent with family, to leveling up your friendships, upping your dating game, or projecting more confidence in all parts of your life: From professional to personal.

Why take this Connection Workshop?

🗣 You tell stories all day, every day, from presenting in a work meeting, to crafting our dating profiles, to day-dreaming about your next vacation. Whether you know it or not, the stories you tell (to yourself or to others) evoke powerful emotional responses; project your values, desires, or fears; and craft the identity you share with the world.

When you become aware of how your stories shape your life and relationships, you can intentionally take back control of our personal narratives. By harnessing the power of storytelling, you can supercharge your connections and confidence by creating opportunities to relate on a deeper human level. This. is. Life. Changing.

In this Connection Workshop, you’ll learn tools and tips for finding and shaping your stories in ways that are unique and authentic to you. We’ll create a safe and supportive environment for you to share your stories, get constructive feedback, and weave these stories into regular interactions.

🌟 With four consistent meetups sessions, you'll also have the opportunity to create deeper connections and friendships with other “Feasters” in the workshop.

What is Connection Feast:

Connection Feast helps you create and find a community of people you can connect with on a deeper level.

Join us for in-person and virtual experiences (like this Feast!) which include engaging and guided conversation, polls, and activities all around a thought-provoking theme.

The goal of the Connection Feast isn’t just to have you attend a one-time event. A Feast helps people like you explore big questions and experience more meaningful connections with others, yourself, and the world.

About Liz  Morrison:

A storyteller from the time she obsessively played with her Playmobile dollhouse, Liz has spent the last 15 years shaping stories for companies (Airbnb), campaigns (Obama 2012), causes (Idealist.org) and cable (Bravo, NatGeo, Discovery.) From your TV screen to your phone screen, she’s produced media on all seven continents (yes, even Antarctica!)

Off screen, she leads thought provoking and engaging workshops that create space to dive deep into a topic, unlock good ideas, and tell your truest story. By asking thought-provoking questions and guiding action-oriented conversations, Liz applies the art and science of storytelling to help you achieve your goals.
