Deep Conversation | Make New Friends, But Keep the Old?

Join us for a virtual experience with engaging and guided conversation and activities all about how to know if you’ve outgrown some of your friendships & what to do about it.

🙋🏽‍♂️Despite what media and culture shows you, it's not true that "friendship never ends."

And while some of your childhood and/or adult friendships have lasted a long time, it's time to ask yourself if these friendships are actually helping to improve your life.

So, how do you know if you've outgrown your friendships? And how do you know when it's time to end friendships and build new ones?

Sometimes it's not so obvious: like do you give up on a friendship because the effort it takes to reach out to them is greater from what you're used to or what you're getting back? Or maybe they're having a hard time and you don't know how to respond, and also it's sad and bringing you down? Is it ok to let those friendships go?

But sometimes it's obvious: Like when you invest in our own personal growth, and take steps to make your life better...You change and evolve. When this happens, you may find that some of your friendships are not up-to-speed with your new outlook or way of living. It could be for a multitude of reasons, but you might just notice that they're focusing on things that are no longer important to you. And it's not that you're judging them or that you're above them, you've just possibly outgrown the current friendship.

As most of us come out of our Covid cocoons, it's time to evaluate the life you want to live and who you want to live it with. This is a great opportunity to explore this question because "you are the five people you surround yourself with." There are many studies out there that support this idea, including here.

⬇️ If you're open to dig a little deeper and have an open mind to look at yourself and the friendships in your life, this Feast is for you!
